Rates range from $149 to $325 per night. Corporate rates are negotiable based on availability.

• Deposit and Cancellation Conditions: We require a credit card guarantee to hold the room.  We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  You must cancel by 6pm the day before arrival.  Penalty of not canceling or late cancellation is one night's room and tax.  However, deposits for Union College Graduation, Parents Weekend/Reunion Weekends, and New Year's Eve are non-refundable unless notified 14 days prior to arrival date.  Full deposits are also required 30 days prior ro any Union College Weekends.
